Our Dearest Harry

Who would have thought when  you came to us, that you would turn out the way you did.  You were not only a thorough gentleman and companion to us, but an example to all the upcoming Tibs at Barrajy.  You were the one that told all the young ones how to behave, and what was expected of them, both at home, and in the showring.  You were a hit with all you met, including all of Tim's young girl friends.  They thought if they pampered and petted you, that would be the way to get close to him.  For all those long hours you stood and showed your heart out in Child Handlers, and never put a foot wrong, for the many Best in Group and Royal Best of Breeds, and all the Best in Show awards that you took out,  for your sons and daughters and their progeny you left us,  For all of these things and more we thank you "Harry".

You  have left us, but you will never be forgotten.

You will live on in our thoughts forever.

Harry was the turning point for Barrajy kennels. Several decades of selective breeding had resulted in some excellent dogs. But when the decision to put Aust Ch. Barrajy Shem Mo with Tygil Kennel's own Dzara, the results were beyond all expectations.
Harry was the epitomy of his breed, both in type and character. And, even more amazing, he passed all his traits on to his progeny.
Thanks to Harry, Barrajy Kennels can now be rightfully known as the home of some of Australia's finest Tibetan Spaniels.
Our debt to dear Harry can never be re-paid.
